Established since 1988, Number 38 Lettings has successfully been letting properties in Seaford, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Denton, Telscombe, East Dean, Polegate, Hailsham Eastbourne and Brighton.
A wealth of experience is brought to you by owner, Jeanette Tebrook whose Sales & Lettings experience stems back some 15 years. Being a Landlord herself and also having spent time as a tenant, she fully understands the needs from all perspectives.
Number 38 Lettings are able to offer a quality service Fully Managed and special rates are available for multiple Landlords - they are by far “Large enough to cope, but small enough to care”.
Offices are open 6 days a week from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and on a Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
